POSITION PURPOSE: 
 
Provide supportive and services to patients under the supervision of skill nursing (RNs) staff. Team member in the delivery of health care services. Collaborates with the Miami-Dade County Health Department&rsquo;s Florida Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (FBCCEDP) and CHI FBCCEDP/CRC designees to assess and improve screening rate by providing clinical breast and cervical cancer screenings, including Pap smears, mammograms, and colorectal cancer screenings to eligible women and men in the community. The program will also identity women and men at-risk in the community and provide valuable education, outreach and/or cancer screening reminders. Oversee all aspects of the care coordination to ensure high quality patient care. 
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
Education/Experience:
 
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Graduate from an approved Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant Program (in Florida or any other State) 1-2 years experience in a medical setting desired. 
 
Licensure / Certification:
 
Certified as a Medical Assistant or as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida. As a Nursing Assistant, must be licensed in the State of Florida. Must maintain current CPR certification from the American Heart Association. 
 
Skills / Ability:
 
Knowledge of medical terminology. Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Must type a minimum of 20 - 30 WPM. Bi-lingual skills desired.

Always cross checks patients&rsquo; paperwork to ensure accuracy of medical records. 
Knowledgeable and comfortable with Intergy System and making appointments. 
Follows Policies and Procedures for Infection Control.

Completes assigned task in a timely manner. 
Finds appropriate task to do in down time. 
Willingly accepts duties not ordinarily assigned to facilitate patient care.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Field Installer, you aren't just putting up tents&mdash;you&rsquo;re engineered-structure specialists. You will:<ul><li>
Build the Big Stuff: Assemble and maintain fabric structures, hard-side walls, and custom framework.</li><li>
Master the Machinery: Get certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man-baskets.</li><li>
Team Up: Work closely with a Field Supervisor to transform empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams.</li></ul>

Requirements:
Education &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>Must be willing to Travel for work</li><li>
Must have a current, valid, Driver's license and ability to pass a MVR with safe driving record.</li><li>
Must be at least 21 years old for company driving.</li><li>
Must be able to pass a pre employment drug test and background check.</li><li>
Must have basic Hand and Power Tool experience.
</li><li>Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 50 plus pounds</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Basic mathematic skills</li><li>
Construction experience-Preferred</li><li>
TWIC Card not required but a Plus</li></ul>
Certifications on the job:<ul><li>
Tenting 101 &ndash; The Basics of Temporary Structures (Provided in house, not by a third party)</li><li>
General Construction Site Safety &ndash; OSHA Basic Plus</li><li>
Federal Background Check &ndash; TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)</li><li>
OSHA Operators Training on All-Terrain &ndash; forklifts, platforms (man lift, scissor lift directly) &ndash; Sunbelt, United, Registered Behavior Technician</li></ul>
Base Pay Range: $18.99 - 27.30<div>
