About the role
Responsible for leading an HR section or functional unit, managing resources and work plans, ensuring policy compliance and driving achievement of departmental objectives.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Lead an assigned HR function or section.
- Manage resources, priorities and departmental work plans.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor team and functional performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
- Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
General Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
- Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
- Experience working within large and complex organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
