Role OverviewArc Inventador is seeking experience Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders and plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategy with business objectives. The HRBP provides expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational design. This role requires a balance of strategic partnership and hands-on execution to ensure the business unit achieves its goals while fostering an engaging, high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership<ul><li>Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and design HR strategies that support business growth.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, practices, and employee relations.</li></ul>Talent &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Drive performance management processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and continuous feedback.</li><li>Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Learning &amp; Development to build training programs tailored to business needs.</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Relations<ul><li>Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns proactively.</li><li>Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Conduct regular engagement surveys and recommend action plans for improvement.</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Partner with HR Shared Services/COEs to ensure effective execution of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.</li><li>Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose corrective actions.</li></ul>Change Management &amp; Organizational Development<ul><li>Support leaders during restructuring, business transformation, or change initiatives.</li><li>Act as a champion for organizational values and culture during periods of change.</li><li>Facilitate communication between leadership and employees to ensure transparency.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5&ndash; years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2&ndash;3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR advisory role.</li><li>Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

 Proven expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
 </li>

 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

<div>The incumbent is responsible for designing, developing and executing reward solutions/programs as well as analysing compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan. Also, the person is responsible to support HRBP team in change management and Headcount Budgeting &amp; Planning.

</li><li>Ensure preparation of proposals/presentations for Board &amp; People Committee in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly reports pertaining to reward policies.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth functioning and improve inefficient systems and processes within the reward and budgeting area.</li>
<li>Ensure effective conflict resolution on departmental as well as divisional level.
