You will be expected to take ownership of the guest experience, maintain high standards and support the entire team- not just stay behind the espresso machine.</p><p>This is a great role for someone who enjoys people, works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing things correctly even when no one is watching.</p><p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, tea, seasonal beverages and other menu items according to Roast &amp; Vine recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Provide warm, attentive and efficient service to every guest.</li><li>Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently make recommendations based on guest preferences.</li><li>Create an experience that feels personal without slowing down service.</li><li>Maintain consistency in drink quality, portions, presentation and ticket times.</li><li>Take orders, process payments and accurately operate the point-of-sale system.</li><li>Prepare ingredients, restock supplies and complete opening, shift-change and closing responsibilities.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized and visually polished bar, caf&eacute;
