Job Description:
The Business &amp; Legal Affairs Coordinator will support the Business &amp; Legal Affairs (BALA) Department with matters related to Membership agreements and transactions, along with general department administrative support. This role will also liaise with other departments to achieve day-to-day objectives. Areas of Responsibility/Accountability:<ul><li>

We have an opening for a Senior Coordinator, Talent Development.
The Senior Coordinator, Talent Development is a hands-on, detail-oriented professional responsible for the seamless project management, execution, and delivery of the firm's core learning and development initiatives. This role is central to the success of the firm&rsquo;s training programs, including supporting the Associate Training Initiative and the firm's mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE)/Continuing Professional Development (CPD) compliance efforts. The Senior Coordinator ensures all training programs, from logistical setup to accreditation, are executed efficiently, providing a high-quality experience for all participants. This role will report directly to the Talent Development Senior Manager.<div>
The hours for this position will be 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.</div>
In this capacity, the Senior Coordinator, Talent Development will:<ul><li>
Lead coordination of Talent Development in-house training and signature programs, including legal practice group and department and other Associate Training Initiative programming;</li><li>
Responsible for leading scheduling, coordinating logistics, drafting/sending invitations, reviewing/compiling training materials, and preparing/processing surveys;</li><li>
Logistical coordination includes communicating with practice group and department leads regarding training curricula and scheduling;</li><li>
Responsible for hosting high-quality webinars, hybrid, and live classroom trainings and troubleshooting with IT for optimal lawyer training experience;</li><li>
Consult with and advise attorneys and administrative professionals regarding CLE/CPD compliance, including responding to CLE inquiries after researching and confirming CLE protocols and processes;</li><li>
In collaboration with other Sr Coordinators, lead the Firm&rsquo;s CLE/CPD training coordination, including maintaining lawyer CLE database (CE Manager);</li><li>
Prepare CLE application forms and documentation for CLE accreditation of in-house and client programs; responsible for state CLE reporting;</li><li>
Maintain and enter programs in Learning Management System (&ldquo;LMS&rdquo;)/eLearning Library;</li><li>
In collaboration with other Senior Coordinators, lead training reporting, evaluation, and survey management;</li><li>
Seek opportunities to continue to learn, innovate, and improve;</li><li>
Stay current on legal professional development trends/best practices and share with the Talent Development team, and</li><li>
Additional responsibilities and projects, as needed.</li></ul>
Proficiencies:<ul><li>
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;</li><li>
Advanced problem-solving, research, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines;</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (required); and</li><li>
At least 4 years of experience in a professional services environment (law firm or law school experience, preferred).</li></ul>

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $80,000 and a maximum of $102,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
