Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>
Additional certifications in Hydraulic Systems, Fluid Power, Project Management, or Operations Management are advantageous.</li></ul></li></ul><div><b>
Experience</b></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Minimum 10&ndash;15 years of experience in hydraulic systems, service operations, or industrial maintenance.</li><li>
At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.</li><li>
Strong experience managing hydraulic workshops and field service operations.</li><li>
Experience in Qatar or the GCC market is highly preferred.</li></ul></li></ul><div><b>
