The Chief Commercial is also accountable for the end-to-end supply chain management both hydrocarbon (Commercial and new business development activities) and non-hydrocarbon (SCM - Contracts &amp; Procurement). Acts as owner of commercial standards, policies, procedures through: (1) Develops and implements the commercial strategy for the Refinery and liaises closely with other senior management team, (2) Supports the tendering and contracts awards process related, (3) Responsible commercial agreements to optimize the Company&rsquo;s commercial interests, (4) Provides commercial support to Projects&amp; development work / business development, (5) Ensures commercial practices while complying with industry legal and regulatory requirements, (6) Develops 1,5 and 10 years business plans for the refinery, competitive strategies, Identifies and develops growth opportunities for the company; in order to contribute with the successful implementation commercial activities while ensuring continuous company growth in line with business strategy to maximize its commercial interests and profitability between the different stakeholders (OQ &amp; KPI).
