Our website: wearmedfit.com At Medfit, we care about our employees and believe in growing together.Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, proactive, and multitasking Admin Officer to manage the day to day administration and operational activities of our office.The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure smooth office administration and support different departments whenever required. The ideal candidate should be organized, accountable, solution oriented, and willing to learn new things.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration:<ul><li>Manage and oversee daily office administration and routine tasks.</li><li>Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly maintained.</li><li>Ensure the availability of drinking water and other essential office supplies.</li><li>Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate with relevant service providers when required.</li><li>Check and follow up on electricity-related matters, including IESCO issues.</li><li>Identify office requirements and arrange the purchase of necessary items.</li><li>Manage market purchases, including groceries, furniture, electronics, and other office-related items.</li><li>Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers.</li><li>Negotiate prices and obtain the best possible rates.</li><li>Conduct market research for products, services, and suppliers.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day office-related problems.</li><li>Configure and manage office printers and basic IT equipment.</li></ul>Register and follow up on complaints with service providers such as PTCL, WAPDA, and other relevant companies until the issue is resolved.Multitasking &amp; Departmental SupportAlthough the primary focus of this role will be office administration, the selected candidate should be willing and able to support other departments whenever required.The candidate may be required to:<ul><li>Support the e-commerce team with order confirmation and dispatch-related tasks.</li><li>Assist in warehouse operations, including stock packing, booking, and other basic warehouse activities.</li><li>Provide backup support to the engraving department whenever required.</li><li>Perform other operational and support tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.</li><li>Minimum Graduation.</li><li>Good knowledge of computers and internet usage.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong vendor communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to conduct market research and make purchasing decisions.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new things.</li><li>Responsible, accountable, and reliable.</li><li>Comfortable working in a multitasking environment.</li><li>Willingness to support different departments when required.</li><li>Must be adaptable and capable of learning new tasks quickly</li></ul>Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys multitasking, takes ownership of responsibilities, is comfortable learning new skills, and can effectively handle different types of operational tasks.
