 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Technical Asset Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling maintenance, facilities operations, and technical asset management activities across operating hotel assets and shareholder properties.
 
 
 The role will work closely with hotel operators, General Managers, engineering teams, consultants, contractors, service providers, specialist vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that hotel assets are well maintained, compliant, cost-controlled, and aligned with ownership objectives.
 
 
 This is a portfolio-level technical asset management role. The successful candidate will support CAPEX planning, Property Improvement Plans, asset condition reviews, lifecycle maintenance planning, contractor performance, technical reporting, and operational readiness across existing assets, renovations, handovers, and hotel pre-opening or transition phases.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Conduct regular site visits and asset condition reviews to identify maintenance risks, asset deterioration, compliance gaps, and improvement requirements.

 <li>
 Review maintenance OPEX, CAPEX, renovation, and improvement budgets to ensure costs are realistic, controlled, and aligned with asset requirements.

Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Position Overview
This role is required to support our commitments for various airline customers onsite at our customer. The primary responsibility is to ensure materials required for maintenance activities and defects are available when required as per the maintenance schedules. This requires close co-ordination across multiple departments, including the Program Management Office, Asset Managers, Supplier Management/Supplier partnerships, to ensure material availability in a cost-effective manner, whilst still achieving our service level and relationship with our customers.
Position Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Act as the Customer&rsquo;s &ldquo;go to&rdquo; person for all operational matters
</li><li>Handling of ordering and shipments to support regular and heavy check maintenance and defect activities
</li><li>Management and cross departmental co-ordination/collaboration of the movement of parts covered by the program through the exchange and unserviceable return cycle
</li><li>Facilitate returns, ensure parts ship and are statused in the business systems appropriately
</li><li>Co-ordination and replenishment of material held at the customer &ndash; ensure inventory aligns to contract and systems reflect inventory accurately
