The Assistant Business Development Manager has an overall responsibility to maintain Nextcare’s current business and pursue new and existing business opportunities. The position acts as important link between Nextcare and its clients which include insurance companies, key account, brokers, etc..

Key Requirements: 
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree.
 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role (TPAs, Insurance companies, Hospitals, Medical Centers).
 Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
 Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills

 Work closely with stock teams to ensure VM requirements are supported by inventory availability.

 Coordinate product transfers and replenishment requirements necessary for VM execution.

 Partner with store teams to ensure the sales floor is consistently maintained according to VM standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure display products are regularly refreshed and rotated based on stock levels and business priorities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Training &amp; Store Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct regular VM trainings and refreshers for retail teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach store teams on styling, product presentation, luxury standards, and daily VM maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new store openings, seasonal launches, and major floor moves.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the local VM expert and point of contact for all boutique teams.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Communication
 
 
 <ul>

 Maintain regular communication with AMIRI HQ regarding implementation status, challenges, opportunities, and local market feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare VM reports, implementation updates, and photo recaps for local management and HQ.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key VM-related KPIs and provide recommendations to improve store performance through visual merchandising initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 To be successful in this role, you need to have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4&ndash;6 years of Visual Merchandising experience within luxury or premium fashion retail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of luxury client behavior and customer journey.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with international VM guidelines and brand standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent styling and product presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience training and coaching retail teams.
 </li>
