POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY: 
This position performs clerical and support functions related to the court system. A Domestic Civil Support Deputy Court Clerk will be trained in File and Serve, Odyssey (web-based computer system that manages court cases), and Customer Service Phone Support. Domestic Civil Support Clerks are responsible for monitoring databases, processing confidential documents including new and consecutive filings, scheduling hearings, preparing and distributing official documents and communications, implementing court policies and procedures, and providing phone support to assist parties and the legal community with questions and concerns. 
 
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: 
Work is performed under well established guidelines set forth by Idaho Code and requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. A Domestic Civil Support Deputy Court Clerk performs varied, moderately complex work over a comprehensive realm of legal actions that require the clerk to have a broad knowledge of the court system in order to perform the more complex functions of this job. 
 
Work duties are associated with family law cases such as: Divorces With and Without children, Custody and Paternity, Child Support, Civil Protection Orders, and more. Due to the complexity, time-sensitivity, volume of emergency/expedited pleadings, communication scope, and variety of tasks, this is considered an advanced Civil Support Clerk position, requiring a high degree of accuracy and organization in accordance with strict court timelines.

Position Purpose:
The Inventory Control Specialist oversees warehouse and yard inventory levels, maintains databases of logistics information, and interprets data on logistics elements such as availability, maintainability, reliability, and partners with the local Operations Planner-Buyer(s) on strategic sourcing, price optimization, procurement standards, and service levels. (4) Must have, or be eligible to obtain, and maintain a favorable T1 Federal Background Investigation. If a selected candidate does not have a current favorable T1, as a condition of employment he/she must submit to the investigation process immediately upon hire/appointment. (At a minimum, a favorable suitability determination by the State Security Manager is required prior to appointment into this position.)
(5) Must submit to and pass initial and periodic drug testing.
(6) Must be able to drive a 4-X-4 vehicle on rough and uneven roads.
(7) Must present a documented determination from your personal physician stating that you are able to participate in the &ldquo;Arduous Work Capacity Test&rdquo; (as described below.) *Note: During the Arduous Work Capacity Test, applicants must perform the following activities to the minimum stated standard:

</li></ul>(8) Must have successfully completed the primary NWCG Core Requirement of L-180 Human Factors in the Wildland Fire Service, S-130 Wildland Fire Training, S-190 Introduction to Wildland Fire Behavior or be willing and able to complete within 3-months (90-days) of appointment/start date . (9) Must be willing and able to complete Incident Command System (ICS) ICS-100: Introduction to the Incident Management System, ICS-200: ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents, IS-700: national Incident Management System, An Introduction and IS-800: National Response Framework, An Introduction within 3-months (90-days) of appointment/start date.
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE: Must have 6- months of general experience of the knowledge requirements below. Submit a paragraph for each knowledge requirement below that demonstrates the required experience and describes competence in applying the knowledge. Education and training may be used to offset experience.
(1) Describe your knowledge of fire suppression duties and fuels associated with fires.
(2) Describe your knowledge of hazards associated with fire suppression duties.
