The Content Operations Manager within Firmwide Marketing will be a core member of a team that enables the Firm's ability to Lead with Exceptional Ideas. They will oversee the mechanics of episode production across multiple video and podcast series, including:

Host photography vendors and/or creative agency for tenant photo shoots, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion.</li><li>
Maintain organized files for all tenant information including directory maps, eblast distribution lists, contacts for marketing/PR/decision makers, and tenant photography archives for storefronts and product images.</li><li>
Serve as the point person for any tenant changes required to the Grand Central website, including but not limited to adding new tenant info., changing page copy and photos, updating tenant directory, and any minor troubleshooting.</li><li>
Assist with the ideation, development, and production of retail marketing promotions and activities that support tenant retail marketing objectives and provide additional experiences to incentivize visitors to GCT/GCM.</li><li>
