Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.</li><li>
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies.</li><li>
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to supervisors, building contacts, and/or first responders as appropriate.</li><li>
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to identify unusual conditions, report security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized activity.</li><li>
Support employees, guests, and contractors with directions, check-in procedures, and policy questions while maintaining accurate records, clear communication, and a professional presence.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.</li><li>
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.</li><li>
Customer service experience is preferred.</li><li>
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.</li><li>
At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.</li><li>
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li><li>
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li><li>
