This is a CX Associate role on Fleek's Customer Experience team, based full-time in our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal logistics teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle international customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner</li><li>Product dispatch</li><li>Shipment weight</li><li>Delivery charges</li><li>Available shipping methods (courier, air, etc.)</li><li>Assist customers in selecting the most suitable shipping option</li><li>Create and confirm dispatch orders based on customer requirements</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics/operations team for timely dispatch</li><li>Ensure proper order booking and documentation</li><li>Share shipment details and updates with customers</li><li>Resolve customer concerns related to shipping, delays, or charges</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and orders</li><li>Ensure smooth workflow from order placement to final dispatch</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Requirements:</li><li>Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in customer support or logistics (preferred)</li><li>Good English communication skills (especially for international calls)</li><li>Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics is a plus</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Strong problem-solving and coordination skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with international shipping procedures.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
