Vendor Management &amp; Development<ul><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and service providers.</li><li>Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations based on quality, delivery, cost, and service.</li><li>Identify and onboard new vendors, with a focus on developing local suppliers in the Rahim Yar Khan/Southern Punjab region to reduce lead times and costs.</li></ul>3. Cost Control &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Prepare and manage the annual procurement budget in coordination with the finance and plant operations teams.</li><li>Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or safety standards.</li><li>Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and currency fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.</li><li>Ensure the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) for all procurement activities.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement and contracting.</li><li>Mitigate supply chain risks by maintaining optimal inventory levels for critical spares and identifying alternative sources.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations in the procurement of hazardous materials and equipment.</li></ul>5.
