Operations<ul><li>Optimize and oversee operations with the Operations Manager to ensure efficiency and that the store is compliant with company policies and operational guideline.</li><li>Inspire the management team to enforce the policies and procedures referring to products, testers, prices, merchandising and other partners (Brands, helpers, security).</li><li>In collaboration with the operation manager the stores projection of an excellent image through cleanliness and product restocking.</li><li>Together with the Category Managers, encourage the team to apply and follow established policies and procedures regarding store operations.
</li><li>Accurately monitor stock availability and report low stock to the Operation Manager to avoid OOS situations.</li><li>Work with the Operations Manager to ensure that VM, merchandising quality, animation and marketing standards are met.
</li><li>Provide Support to the relevant head office department in providing feedback and analyzing data on all operational aspects.</li></ul>

 to support the operations of two of Doha's leading restaurant concepts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining the highest food safety and compliance standards within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain food safety and hygiene records in line with MoPH, HACCP, and ISO 22000 requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor cold storage, dry stores, and inventory through routine compliance checks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage cleaning schedules, sanitation records, and operational checklists.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation relating to fire safety, PPE, first aid, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external suppliers, including pest control, waste management, and equipment service providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily and weekly compliance reports for the management team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Head Chef and Operations team in ensuring the kitchens remain audit-ready and fully compliant with local regulations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Facility Management, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years' experience in a Health &amp; Safety, Hygiene, or Quality Assurance support role within hospitality or F&amp;B.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in both
 
 Arabic and English
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Qatar's Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations, food safety, and health &amp; safety legislation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and confident managing documentation and compliance records.
 </li>
 <li>
 HACCP, Food Safety, and/or First Aid certifications are advantageous.
 </li>
