   Assist in managing end‑to‑end card customer journeys including issuance, activation, usage controls, disputes, and payments

   Support enhancement of digital payments services such as mobile top‑ups, bill payments, and fee collections
  </li>

   Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Digital Banking, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Shariah, and Marketing teams
  </li>

   Liaise with external partners such as card schemes (Visa, MasterCard, PayPak) and technology vendors for operational matters
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor and report key performance indicators including activation rates, transaction volumes, and customer feedback
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure ongoing compliance with SBP regulations, internal policies, and Islamic banking guidelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain accurate documentation for audits, governance, and internal reporting
  </li>

   Requirements
  </strong>
 </p>

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Banking &amp; Finance, or a related discipline
  </li>
  <li>
   Master&rsquo;s degree preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   2&ndash;3 years of experience in product management, digital banking, cards, or payments-related roles
  </li>
