<ul>
<li>Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
</li><li>Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.
</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Minimum Qualifications:</div>
<ul>
<li>18 years old</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only)
</li><li>1 year of vehicle alignment experience
</li><li>Customer-first mindset

<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>ASE Certifications
</li></ul><div></div><div>Physical Requirements:</div>
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds</li>

</div><p>This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.</p>
