Job Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p>
Early Engagement:</p><ul><li><p>
Act as a consultant for scientific or study delivery teams to increase efficiency and advance and deliver early engagement activities</p></li><li><p>
Drive client decisions to enable accelerated study delivery</p></li><li><p>
Review draft protocol to ensure feasibility, making recommendations as needed, facilitating conversations, and collaborating with the Business Development team</p></li><li><p>
Facilitate contracting process as required to ensure timely execution</p></li><li><p>
Proactively submit specific requests in preparation of protocol finalization and study set-up</p></li><li><p>
Provide sponsor specific operational guidance and direction to project and technical staff</p></li><li><p>
Develop standards and ensure compliance across portfolio</p></li><li><p>
Establish and own process to track value of early engagement activities</p></li><li><p>

Operational Oversight and Business Development:</p><ul><li><p>

Coach and support team members to collaborate on the strategic goal set forth for the client</p></li><li><p>
Provide advice &amp; input to support commercial/financial judgments affecting a program, pre- and /or post-award; this includes assisting in the development of marketing materials and client presentations</p></li><li><p>
Prevent or resolve situations that have the potential to jeopardize client relationships</p></li></ul><p></p><p>
Relationship Management:</p><ul><li><p>
Provide a concierge type service to all levels of client staff including business development, study delivery, data management, and affiliate personnel</p></li><li><p>
Establish trusted relationships and effective communication channels throughout partnership network</p></li><li><p>
Develop thorough understanding of unique client specificities, adapting style to suit individual client preferences and requirements; work with counterparts to develop partnership acclimation plan to support the effective onboarding of newly identified client partners</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Minimum Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
High School Diploma or equivalent</p></li><li><p>
5 or more years of experience in clinical research</p></li><li><p>
1 or more years of experience managing pharmaceutical or biotechnology clients</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in life sciences, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory-related field</p></li><li><p>

The BioSolutions Engagement Leader will provide operational and scientific leadership and direction to the client and to the internal Business Development Team for potential and awarded programs. As an expert in drug development, they will be accountable to deliver early engagement activities including consultation, operational feasibility, standardization, and efficiency. Upon win, facilitates transition from commercial to operational. They must have the ability to understand the operational and scientific rationale for the development of a wide variety of clinical trials. The BioSolutions Engagement Leader will serve as an operational and service liaison between Labcorp and the client supporting relationship management and delivery on client strategies across Labcorp&rsquo;s drug development spectrum.</p><p></p><p>
This role will require up to 25% travel within the US with some potential travel within EU.</p><p></p><p><b>

Pay Range: </b>130-170K</p><p></p><p>
All job offers will be based on a candidate&rsquo;s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.</p><p></p><p>
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.</p><p></p><p><b>
