The HR Specialist will manage and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and handle personnel management tasks. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the HR Specialist will support employee engagement, address workplace concerns, and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
