Essential Functions:<ul><li>

Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>

What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.</li>
<li>Monitor access points, observe customer and tenant activity, and assist with crowd management during busy shopping periods, special events, and/or closing procedures.</li>
<li>Support retail location operations by communicating with management and/or first responders as needed, following post orders, and completing required security-related reports and logs.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.</li>
<li>Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
