<p><b>
Key responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Draft and design social media content, graphics, and videos for LinkedIn and other platforms</li>
<li>Assist in developing project storytelling materials including case studies, impact summaries, and community partnership features</li>
<li>Support production of marketing collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, event materials, and digital campaigns</li>
<li>Assist with planning and executing internal and external events, announcements, and campaigns</li>
<li>Support website updates, content organization, and content performance tracking</li>
</ul>
<p><b>A successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Interest in communications within climate, infrastructure, public interest business, or mission-driven corporate environments</li>
<li>Experience with Canva, Figma, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite</li>
<li>Experience with social media content creation (academic, personal, or professional)</li>
<li>Short-form video editing skills and a basic understanding of branding principles are a plus</li>
<li>Ability to track social media performance and adapt trends for a corporate audience is a plus</li>
<li>A major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Environmental Science/Sustainability, or Public Policy is preferred, but skillsets are more important than degree paths for this role</li>
<li>This role is open to current rising undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Location &amp; Hours: </b>This is a full-time summer internship (30&ndash;40 hours per week) based in Washington, D.C. The internship will last approximately 8&ndash;10 weeks. Interns will be expected to work in the office three days per week.</p>
<p><b>
Compensation:</b> This is a paid internship, with an hourly rate of $20&ndash;$25, commensurate with experience.</p>
