Operating Room Clinical Nurse
The Biosurgery Clinical Specialist provides clinical assessments on adjunctive hemostat device needs, risks, recommendations and implementation recommendations to customers (primarily nurses, educators, risk managers, surgeons and techs). This role plays an integral part in gathering key insights on utilization, techniques, applications based by specialty or service lines, capturing documenting and sharing these insights with the US Marketing team and partnering with local sales team to work collaboratively with sales management and the sales representative to gain appropriate access into aligned pilot accounts. Pivotal to the success of the candidate will be his/her ability to develop effective working relationships with the customers in the assigned territory. The incumbent must be able to work autonomously, be knowledgeable in adjunctive hemostats and confidently interact with clinical personnel and management.
The candidate chosen for this role will be expected to:
<ul><li>Complete training on adjunctive hemostat devices and products to be proficient in product utilization and demonstration.</li>

Experience working with non-traditional students, who are accomplished mid-level and senior-level domestic or international professionals, is a plus. Your Impact</h2>

As a Specialist Account Executive, you'll be the go‑to product expert for all things ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition)&mdash;centered on our groundbreaking camera solutions and its related software workflows. You'll support the entire East Small City inside sales team (~40 reps) by delivering high‑impact demos, helping scope and build accurate quotes, and answering customer questions so our reps can confidently close Outpost/Lightpost‑specific opportunities. Your work will directly accelerate pipeline velocity and deal quality for Axon's ALPR product line.

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What You'll Do</h2>
<ul><li>Be the product authority for ~40 East Small City inside sales reps&mdash;fielding questions on Outpost/Lightpost features, compatibilities, deployment models, pricing, warranty, and integrations with Axon software and broader public safety workflows.</li>
<li>Deliver compelling product demos (phone/web and on‑site) tailored to law‑enforcement use cases&mdash;showing operational value, ROI, and how Outpost/Lightpost ALPR maps to mission outcomes (e.g., alerts, investigations, deterrence).</li>
<li>Quote and scope support: Build or assist with BoMs, SKUs, and pricing packages; guide reps on services, bundles, accessories (e.g., mounts/installation/connectivity), and renewals; ensure quoting accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Deal coaching: Join customer calls to address technical/product questions, de‑risk objections, and recommend best‑fit Outpost/Lightpost configurations and deployment approaches.</li>
<li>Enablement &amp; training: Run regular enablement sessions for the West Small City team; maintain demo scripts, quick‑reference guides, and FAQs specific to Outpost/Lightpost.</li>
<li>Partner coordination: Liaise with internal Product/Marketing and relevant ALPR ecosystem partners (as applicable) to stay current on releases, certifications, programs, and roadmaps.</li>
<li>Asset &amp; demo kit management: Maintain demo environments and loaner gear; coordinate POCs/pilots and post‑demo follow‑ups to drive conversion.</li>
<li>CRM &amp; process excellence: Log demo/quote activities in Salesforce; maintain opportunity notes, next steps, and ensure smooth handoffs to closing reps and post‑sale teams.</li>
<li>Voice of the customer: Capture product feedback and common requests; funnel insights to Product and Ops to improve our Outpost/Lightpost portfolio and sales motion.</li>
<li>Industry readiness: Attend trainings to deepen expertise in public safety ALPR operations, policies, privacy, and best practices.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Bring</h2>
<ul><li>Must‑have: Extremely communicative, highly organized, and product‑savvy with a knack for translating complex tech into clear customer value.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience.</li>
<li>1+ years in a sales, pre‑sales, sales engineering, or product specialist role (inside sales environment preferred).</li>
<li>Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) proficiency; comfort with quoting/CPQ tools.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Strong facilitation and demo skills over phone/web; polished written and verbal communication.</li>
<li>Excellent time management; able to multi‑task across multiple reps and opportunities.</li>
<li>Problem‑solving and creative thinking in a fast‑paced, self‑directed environment.</li>
<li>Nice to have: Familiarity with ALPR/fixed‑camera deployments, public safety use cases, and the Axon ecosystem; comfort discussing data retention/privacy considerations and investigative workflows.</li>

 The Visual Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual communications and digital interfaces aimed to support the Bank's mission and vision while strengthening reputation and maintaining identity standards. The position ensures that these communications effectively serve the public, support the Bank's mission, and advance understanding of the organization by partnering with stakeholders and IT to deliver effective, modern solutions. The Visual Designer leverages emerging AI enhanced design tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and design quality while upholding brand standards and responsible AI practices.

 Consult with project teams to understand business and design goals.
