Purpose

Nature &amp; Scope
The HYCO Training Specialist, reporting to the Training Lead, is accountable for managing the technical training program and executing the training for the Operations &amp; Maintenance staff for the Jubail HYCO Facility, that include steam methane reformer SMR, CO2 removal, MBU, PSA, STG units, and pipeline operations. The Training Specialist will in cooperation with the Engineering, HR, Procurement, and HSSE. develop and manage a long-term training program for the Operations &amp; Maintenance teams, focusing on operational excellence resulting in the safe and reliable operation of the site. The HYCO Training Specialist is part of the operating staff and will support operations as a day-to-day function. 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 
SAFETY
Provide &amp; maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrate leadership with all company &amp; industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries. Ensure proper implementation and documentation is maintained for safety related activities. 
TECHNICAL<ul><li>
Provide direction &amp; guidance based on technical feedback from Engineering and Maintenance on training required for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities.
</li><li>Provide training support &amp; guidance for the Operations &amp; Maintenance teams during the commissioning &amp; startup of the facility. Maintain accurate document control and monitor training initiatives, documenting training activities for each of the Operations staff.

Ensure Air Products and BHIG standards, and global best practices for EH&amp;S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services are delivered as part of the training program.</li><li>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemical Process Operations, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a 2-year technical school certificate.</li><li>
Certified Training Certificate Required.</li><li>
Experience in process plant operation, demonstrated HYCO knowledge, at least 15+ years HYCO operations experience, with &gt; 5 years in a lead or supervisory role is a plus.</li><li>

Nature &amp; Scope<ul><li>
The HYCO Operations shift Supervisor is accountable for managing and supervising the operations shift team including shift leads and operators for BHIG facilities which include a Hydrogen Steam Methane Reformer, a CO2 Removal Unit &amp; CO2 Compression, HPSA, Membrane Unit, related Utilities and pipeline network. The Operations Shift Supervisor will manage the day-to-day plant shift operations, which include daily customer production meetings, close communication with feed stock and utilities suppliers to ensure daily operational targets are achieved, interfacing with the Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the site. The Operations shift Supervisor will be responsible to ensure the Operations staff is properly trained to support the operations in addition to the incumbent execute daily tasks if required which include preparing and implementing safety work permits, LOTO, completing operations preventative maintenance activities, and assist the maintenance and engineering teams in preparing and executing corrective maintenance activities.</li></ul>

The HYCO Lead Operator, reporting to the HYCO Shift Supervisor, is accountable for the day-to-day DCS &amp; Field Operation of HYCO facility, ensuring the production requirements set by the customer are achieved. HYCO Lead Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient and stable operation of the entire Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit from a centralized control room using DCS. This includes monitoring, controlling and optimizing to meet production targets, quality specifications and environmental regulations. This includes actively supporting plant performance, process optimization and production stability while maintaining strong focus on safety &amp; compliance. The HYCO Lead Operator will execute daily tasks which include preparing and implementing safety work permits, LOTO, completing operations preventative maintenance activities, and assist the maintenance and engineering teams in preparing and executing corrective maintenance activities. Lead operator will handle the Shift lead responsibility in absence of Shift supervisor ensuring the business continuity.

Technical &amp; Operations<ul><li>
Operate the Steam Methane Reformer based hydrogen plant with CO2 Removal section &amp; CO2 compression, PSA with Tail Gas compression, Membrane Unit and related utilities as prescribed by the Work Instruction Procedures</li><li>
Operate the pipeline network to supply Hydrogen, steam and CO2 to customers&rsquo; pipelines safely and efficiently.
</li><li>Report production progress and plant status to the Shift Supervisor and suggest solutions for any shortfalls. Manage plant production efficiently based on input provided by Plant Management to ensure safety and reliability targets are met to achieve maximum profitability.</li><li>
Ensure BHIG standards, and global best practices for EH&amp;S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services are met.</li><li>
Meet the customer&rsquo;s requirements regarding safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility regarding product supply. Maintain customer communications and relationships at the &lsquo;board&rsquo; level, ensuring customer demand rates are satisfied while maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the facility.</li><li>
Follow the Site Work Instruction Manuals for production &amp; supply of Product H2, CO2 &amp; Steam along with other operating and maintenance procedures and checklists to meet the customer&rsquo;s satisfaction with safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility of product supply while compliance with requirements.</li><li>
Maintain a relationship with the customer&rsquo;s counterparts from other Refinery Units where from BHIG either receiving Feedstock, Utilities &amp; Power or supplying Hydrogen and Steam to different Refinery Units on a regular basis through Refinery Shift Superintendent to ensure alignment of expectations for BHIG and the customers current and future product demand.</li><li>
Constantly monitor all process variables (flows, temperatures, pressures, levels, analytical values) via DCS to ensure they are within defined operating limits.</li><li>
Manipulate control loops, setpoints and cascades to maintain sable operations of all integrated units.</li><li>
Use historical data and trends to predict equipment performance degradation, identify inefficiencies and prevent potential trips and failures.</li><li>
Execute &amp; supervise the detailed start up sequence for the entire plant or individual units/loops form a cold condition, warm condition or hot stand by condition, ensuring a smooth &amp; safe transition to full load normal operations. Assist in the commissioning activities of the facility</li><li>
Maintain constant communication with field operators, providing instructions for equipment adjustments, isolations and rounds.</li><li>
Liaise with the maintenance team to co-ordinate equipment preparation for maintenance (isolation, purging &amp; blinding) and safe taking equipment back in line.</li><li>
Conduct detailed and accurate shift handovers with incoming operators, highlighting any abnormalities, ongoing work and special instruction. Follow shift turnover protocols to ensure a safe and efficient handover to the following shift.</li><li>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations with 10 years&rsquo; experience preferred. An Associate Technical Degree (2-year certificate) will be considered based on years of experience and competence.</li><li>
Experience in DCS Operation &amp; Field Operation, with minimum of 5 years&rsquo; Lead DCS Operations

PURPOSE
To ensure the safe, reliable, efficient and sustainable operations of the BHIG rotating equipment. Managing the rotating maintenance activities with the Planner, Operations, and Engineering teams and is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and executing the PM overhauls and preventative and corrective maintenance activities. The aim is to reduce maintenance related costs while improving plant reliability and availability, in line with business needs for facilities which range across multiple technologies such as Air Separation (ASU), Steam Methane reformer (HYCO), and CO2, along with ancillary equipment to support the facility.
NATURE &amp; SCOPE
The Rotating Equipment Specialist reporting to the Maintenance Manager is accountable for the safe and reliable operations for all the rotating equipment in the JIGH, SATORP and SASREF sites.
The position requires the management of a team of Technicians to achieve a high maintenance standard by providing day-to-day support, safe and effective execution and support the reliable and efficient operation of our rotating equipment. Execute all the preventative and corrective maintenance activities for all sites with the intention of improving the MTBF, MTTR and reliability of the rotating equipment. Lead and co-ordinate the activities with service providers and ensure that all protocols, QCPs and standards are conducted and achieved. Act as an SME for rotating equipment root cause analysis and maintenance strategy development and optimization. Technical report writing and the ability to clearly and articulately explain to Senior Management is a requirement. The coaching and mentoring of the junior Technicians on rotating equipment maintenance practices is required with hands on execution. The position will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the scope of work is executed safely and reliably. Ensure that the critical spares have sufficient quantity, refurbished to the correct standard, preserved correctly, and are as specified on delivery.

Initiate an inspection program focusing on the critical equipment vibration, temperature and pressure monitoring by completing a daily/weekly inspection sheet. These deviations to be noted and work requests to be created in SAP.</li><li>

Assist in the development and execute the preventative / predictive maintenance program to ensure scheduled maintenance activities are completed and remain in compliance.</li><li>

Provide input for the critical spares inventory and follow-up on delivery and lead times.</li><li>
Provide input into the execution plan for the major PM overhauls during the shutdowns and TAR</li><li>
Ensure compliance with the condition monitoring program by following up with Engineering on the trends analysis and corrective actions.</li><li>
To complete technical reports of all major repairs and PM overhauls for critical rotating equipment.</li><li>
To develop a shared folder with all rotating equipment, specifications, spares, special tools, repairs and major overhauls including RCAs and MOCs.</li><li>
To maximize the availability and safety of critical compression assets while minimizing unplanned downtime in production environments.</li><li>
Applying asset management techniques to monitor the integrity of the critical equipment on-line run time by applying condition monitoring techniques for vibration, temperature and packing leakage rates. This information must be logged and analyzed to implement corrective actions before catastrophic failures with the objective of increasing the life cycle of the equipment.</li><li>
Verify and conduct piping strain corrections and confirm that vibration dampeners, supports and grouting are in good condition.</li><li>
Be able to overhaul cryogenic services oxygen pumps and maintain a clean room for oxygen service as part of primary responsibility.</li><li>
Must be able to handle, assemble and install mechanical seals and have the ability to identify the failure modes.</li><li>
Must be able to handle and co-ordinate the removal, installation and repairs to dry gas seals.</li><li>
Must be familiar with the different mechanical seal plans and their required maintenance to ensure the effective function of the mechanical seals.</li><li>
Ensure that the tools, nitrogen and gauge manifolds are available to measure the bladder nitrogen pressure for the pulsation dampeners.</li><li>
Develop a toolbox for each critical equipment ensuring that all the special tools and consumables are available to conduct maintenance. The toolboxes must be repacked and restored with all tools and consumables before placing in the store after each overhaul.</li><li>
Ensure the safety of all maintenance personnel by utilizing the BHIG Basic Safety Practice program, which includes Safety Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc. The position is a key member in building the Air Products safety culture into the BHIG.</li><li>
Understand Environmental Regulatory requirements and contain all oil spillages and dispose correctly.</li><li>
Ensure Air Products and BHIG standards, and best practices for EH&amp;S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services are met. In some cases, the safety objectives for SATORP and SASREF will be applicable.</li><li>
Monitor and execute preventative and corrective maintenance activities pertaining to the rotating equipment, to ensure operation and reliability targets are achieved.</li><li>

Leading the rotating activities during turnarounds (TAR), including, preparation of job packages, spares and materials, contractors and tools and safety management during execution.</li><li>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Must have at least 15 years demonstrated competency in oil and gas industry on rotating equipment which includes reciprocating, centrifugal, screw, lobe and diaphragm compressors.</li><li>
Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in oil and gas industry of leading reciprocating, centrifugal and screw compressor overhauls.</li><li>
Must have hands-on experience working with reciprocating compressors and pump overhauls.</li><li>
Must have knowledge and be able to overhaul cryogenic pumps especially in oxygen service, centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, high‑speed integral pumps (e.g., Sundyne LMV models), screw, gear, and dosing pumps.</li><li>
Must be able to understand, apply and achieve all the reliability metrics regarding rotating equipment.</li><li>
Must have at least 10 years&rsquo; experience in a Leadership, Supervisory and Management role in therotating equipment maintenance environment.</li><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or maintenance management in rotating equipment is desirable.</li><li>
Vibration level 1 and 2 certification will be advantageous.</li><li>
