This paid position offers the opportunity to work with the latest beauty techniques and products in a lively, inspiring setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client</li><li>Perform lash lifts, tints, and other eye enhancement treatments to meet client preferences</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment</li><li>Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and treatments</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY</li><li>Engage with clients via social media management to promote services and build relationships</li><li>Upsell retail products like lash serums, cleansers, and aftercare kits to enhance client results</li><li>Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs promptly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in eyelash extensions</li><li>Proven experience in eyelash extension application and lash lifting techniques</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation standards and sterilization procedures in a salon setting</li><li>Strong communication skills to educate clients about treatments and aftercare</li><li>Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred</li><li>Experience in social media management for marketing or client engagement is a plus</li><li>Additional skills in hair styling, body waxing, nail care, or makeup application are advantageous</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules</li></ul>Embark on an exciting career where artistry meets customer satisfaction!
