PAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. As a Senior Manager, Reporting and Analytics, you will be a key driver of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence within the organization. This role entails analyzing and interpreting performance data, identifying operational efficiencies, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Leveraging advanced analytics tools and methodologies, the individual will play a crucial role in strategic workforce planning and People Services process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
</div>As part of the People Services, Global Process Ownership team, partner with internal People Services (PS) to perform:
People Services Reporting &amp; Power BI Development
<ul><li>Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reports that translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights for People Services leadership and stakeholders.
</li><li>Leverage data modeling to build accurate, scalable reporting solutions that support HR/Finance decision-making across recurring and ad-hoc needs.
</li></ul>Performance Measurement &amp; Data Governance
<ul><li>Define and support the development of performance measurement frameworks incorporating KPIs, goals, end-user reporting requirements, and service-level benchmarks aligned to People Services objectives.
</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR reporting by partnering closely with HRIS and HR systems teams.
</li></ul>HR Analytics Consulting, Stakeholder Partnership &amp; Workforce Insights
<ul><li>Serve as a trusted analytics partner to People Services teams, translating business questions into meaningful data solutions and accessible visual narratives tailored to both HR and senior business audiences.
</li><li>Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and People Services leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that support strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional objectives.
</li><li>Utilize descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytical approaches to surface trends, patterns, and insights across the employee lifecycle &mdash; from workforce planning and talent acquisition to performance and attrition.
</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
</li><li>5+ years of experience in HR/Finance Reporting &amp; Analytics or People Services operations, including hands-on work within platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors (data extraction, reporting configuration, and operational delivery).
</li><li>3+ years of experience acting as an internal analytics consultant, advising HR stakeholders and translating business needs into reporting solutions.
</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of HR/Finance data domains including workforce analytics, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee lifecycle metrics.
</li><li>Experience supporting or leading data governance initiatives, including data access controls, data quality frameworks, or stewardship programs
</li></ul>Technical Skills
<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including the ability to independently design, build, maintain, and enhance HR/Finance reports and dashboards.
</li><li>Proficient in data extraction, transformation, and using SQL or similar tools; experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift) to support scalable reporting and analytics workflows
</li><li>Working knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and governance best practices, ensuring compliant and secure use of People Services data.
</li><li>Experience working with integrated data environments, including HR and Finance platforms, APIs, and connected data sources to support unified reporting.

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee&rsquo;s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
