Verify member eligibility by reviewing incoming registrations and supporting documentation.</li><li>
Contribute to the development of materials for quarterly business reviews and other operational reporting.</li><li>
Administer, track, and collect data for annual member satisfaction surveys to support service improvement.</li></ul> 
What we are looking for:<ul><li>
Someone who is available to work (Monday - Friday) 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour break included).</li><li>
Prior experience as a receptionist, or related customer service environment required.</li><li>
Ability to network, engage and interact with all clients, guests and members.</li><li>
Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.</li><li>
Competence with basic computer skills, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web applications.</li><li>
If applicable to your location, you may be required to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (company will provide reimbursement in accordance with company&rsquo;s policies).</li></ul>
