<p><b>JOB FUNCTIONS</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training</li>
<li>Adhere to assigned routes and schedules</li>
<li>Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record</li>
<li>Inspect and maintain company-provided delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during the loading and unloading process</li>
<li>Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to all FDA protocols</li>
<li>Work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours to address any patient medical emergencies in accordance with company and local policies</li>
</ul>Requirements:
<div><b>Education</b></div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Required</li>
</ul><div><b>Work Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Minimum, one year of experience in professional driving role or equivalent position, Required</li>
<li>Home care/health care background is a plus</li>
</ul><div><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Non CDL drivers can be 18 or older</li>
<li>CDL drivers are required to be 21 or older</li>
<li>Must be good with people, with excellent speaking and writing</li>
<li>Must maintain a valid D/L for appropriate class of vehicle driven while employed</li>
<li>Convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees</li>
<li>Read and understand DOT and FDA required paperwork</li>
<li>Critically think, make decisions, and be mentally alert</li>
<li>Strong customer service</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge</li>
<li>Must lift 50+ pounds by oneself</li>
<li>Must lift excess of 50lbs with mechanical or employee assistance</li>
<li>Maneuver often in restricted spaces</li>
<li>Perform the following physical actions:
<ul><li>straight pulling</li>
<li>pulling hand over hand</li>
<li>reaching above the shoulder</li>
<li>use of fingers/fine manipulation</li>
<li>repeated bending</li>
</ul></li><li>Utilize hands, legs, and eyes for operating vehicle</li>
<li>Use depth perception</li>
<li>Lift up to 15lbs above the shoulder while loading and unloading</li>
</ul><div><b>Licenses and Certifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Valid Driver's License Required</li>
<li>Meets all physical requirements related to DOT and FMCSA regulations, Required</li>
