We ensure that our front of house team members receive extensive training and development, are continuously set up for success, and feel welcomed in our Firebirds family! Never worked in a restaurant before but have a passion for learning more? It will be our pleasure to start you in a role where you can train and develop skillsets to become a hospitality expert!</div><div><b><br>
What we expect of you:</b></div><ul><li>
Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.</li><li>
Open doors and create a friendly, inviting first impression.</li><li>
Escort guests to their table and set expectations for their experience.</li><li>
Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy and care.</li><li>
Communicate wait times clearly and professionally during peak volume.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entryway.</li><li>
Support the dining room by <b>clearing and resetting tables (bussing) as needed</b> to maintain flow and cleanliness.</li><li>
Partner with the Front of House team to ensure smooth, seamless service.</li></ul><div><b>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations</li><li>
Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day</li><li>
Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds</li><li>
Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset</li><li>
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members</li><li>
Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation</li><li>
18+ age requirements for FOH positions</li></ul><div><b>
