<div><p>The Human Resources Data Analyst will support enterprise human capital initiatives by analyzing workforce data, developing dashboards and reports, and identifying trends that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience with business intelligence tools, and the ability to communicate complex data in a meaningful way to executive leadership and stakeholders.</p>
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop, maintain, and enhance human capital dashboards, scorecards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
</li><li>Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
</li><li>Create data visualizations and automated reporting solutions using business intelligence tools.
</li><li>Develop business process models and workflow documentation using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
</li><li>Utilize Tableau, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power BI to support reporting and data analysis initiatives.
</li><li>Audit and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.
</li><li>Produce executive briefings, presentations, and analytical reports that support strategic workforce planning.
</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
</li><li>Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
</li><li>Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
</li><li>Minimum of 12 years of project, program management, or related professional experience.
</li><li>Minimum of 8 years conducting analytical and support activities.
</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets.
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or Human Capital programs.
</li><li>Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
</li><li>Experience developing workforce analytics dashboards and executive-level reports.
</li><li>Knowledge of business process modeling and process improvement methodologies.
</li><li>Experience supporting federal government clients.</li></ul>
