We are expanding our team in Pakistan and looking for a driven, results-oriented Outbound Calling Agent who can find high-quality prospects and close deals over the phone.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify and source potential B2B leads, key decision-makers, and target accounts.</li><li>Outbound Calling: Make high-volume cold calls to prospective clients, introduce our SaaS products, and pitch our software's unique value proposition.</li><li>Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, conduct online product demos, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel to close deals.</li><li>CRM Logging: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the company CRM.</li><li>Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs, including the number of dials, scheduled demos, and closed sales.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience (1+ years) in B2B outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling roles.</li><li>Background in SaaS, software, or digital product sales is highly preferred.</li><li>Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive skills in English.</li><li>Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and build rapid rapport with clients.</li><li>Comfortable working with modern CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead research tools.</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A competitive and reliable base salary.</li><li>Lucrative, uncapped commission structures and performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Comprehensive training on our SaaS products, sales scripts, and outreach strategies.</li><li>Clear opportunities for career advancement into senior sales roles.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you located in Islamabad?</li><li>What is your expected salary?
