Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving efficiency. 
What you will do as the Sales Operations And Reporting Specialist:<ul><li>
CRM Data Management 
Manage and maintain sales data in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Sales Performance Analysis 
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.</li><li>
Sales Strategy Development 
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.</li><li>
Reporting and Presentation 
Generate reports and presentations on sales performance and key metrics for senior management.</li><li>
Pricing and Quoting Support 
Support sales team with pricing and quoting for customers.</li><li>
Onboarding and Training 
Assist in the onboarding and training of sales representatives on CRM and sales processes.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.</li><li>
Policy Compliance and Enforcement 
Monitor and enforce sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.</li></ul> 
What you will bring to the team:
Education 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
Skills
<ul><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.</li><li>
Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li></ul>
