What You Will Be Doing
The HVAC Technician supports a mission‑critical, 24/7 airport environment by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing HVAC and mechanical systems across terminals, concourses, and central plant facilities. This role ensures reliable, energy‑efficient, and code‑compliant operation of chiller plants, air handling units, pumps, and related equipment essential to passenger comfort and airport continuity. HVAC Technician Duties &amp; Responsibilities<div><ul><li>

 The HVAC Technician provides electrical and mechanical support for the buildings at a client campus. This role has wide ranging responsibilities including low/medium voltage power, HVAC system and controls, EPA certificate, mechanical system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency response, general maintenance, carpentry, and maintaining plumbing system.  What is the day to day?

Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Demonstrated competency in all skills required of a Control Installer 1</li><li>
Proficiency with software for various control platforms (GFX)</li><li>
Experience with hand and power tools</li><li>
Communication proficiency</li><li>
Time management</li><li>
Ethical conduct</li><li>
HVAC and electrical experience preferred</li><li>
Proficiency navigating Windows-based platforms</li><li>
Construction experience and retrofit experience</li><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with a drug-free workplace policy</li><li>
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of experience in building controls service and/or installation</li><li>
Working knowledge of Windows OS and PC functions, including file system navigation, software installation, and multimeter operation</li><li>
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools</li><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>
