<li>Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience, clinical operations experience, or healthcare administration experience.</li>
<li>Experience working with patients in a clinical or healthcare setting.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of medical terminology.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li>
</ul>
<p><b><i>Preferred</i></b></p>
<ul><li>Prior experience in radiology, clinical research, research coordination, oncology, nuclear medicine, or therapeutic services.</li>
<li>Knowledge of human subjects research regulations and clinical trial operations.</li>
<li>Experience supporting investigational studies, radiopharmaceuticals, or oncology patient populations.</li>
<li>Experience with clinical trial management systems, research databases, imaging core laboratory submissions, or sponsor portals.</li>
<li>Bilingual skills strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training and certification.</li>

The Principal research scientist is responsible for coordinating and carrying out the full spectrum of activities related to the development and validation of bioanalytical methods according to client requests and within the required timeframes.

Independently develop, validate and optimize bioanalytical methods or instruct other staff to do so.</li><li>
Drive innovation in the company's bioanalytical techniques.</li><li>
Process, analyze and interpret bioanalytical data and train and instruct staff on appropriate analysis techniques.</li><li>
Find solutions to problems related to the application of bioanalytical methods.</li><li>
Supervise and/or drive improvements in laboratory activity processes (method development and validation).</li><li>
Write and review bioanalytical method SOPs.</li><li>
Review scientific literature in order to guide the development of bioanalytical methods.</li><li>
Document and/or review documentation of activities related to the development and validation of bioanalytical methods.</li><li>
Can be called upon to assist with the training of new employees related to research and development and validation.</li><li>
Assist in competitive intelligence by developing and testing new analytical instruments.</li><li>
Coordinate resources to drive development of bioanalytical methods.</li><li>
Can be called upon to perform all biological sample processing and analysis activities.</li><li>
Can be called upon to supervise the work of laboratory staff.</li><li>
Supervise, coach, and mentor scientific staff.</li><li>
Oversee development of direct reports by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, evaluating and monitoring training needs, creating development plans, mentoring, and coaching.</li><li>
