Accounting &amp; Tax</b><br>
<ul><li>Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in coordination with the fund administrator.</li><li>Support the annual audit and tax return processes by coordinating by liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.</li><li>Track and reconcile capital activity, investor statements, and fund expenses.</li><li>Maintain accurate accounting and tax records, ensuring consistency with fund documentation and service provider records.</li></ul></div>

Compliance &amp; Regulatory Reporting<br>
<ul><li>Support data gathering and filings for regulatory reports such as Form PF, Form ADV, FATCA, and CRS.</li><li>Review and monitor trade allocations to ensure adherence to compliance procedures.</li></ul></div>

Qualifications and Experience</b><br>
