You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidence, composure, and a great eye for detail behind, as well as in front of, the bar.<br>

<div></div><div><b>Pay: </b>Our restaurants operate a bi-weekly payroll system. Bartenders can expect to earn up to $36/hr</div>

<b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Craft bartending expereince for a minimum of 1 year required</li>
<li>Verify customers' identification to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations</li>
<li>Commitment to embodying FGR values</li>
<li>Experience working in an elevated service environment</li>
<li>Exceptional food and beverage product knowledge</li>
<li>Ability to make drinks quickly and accurately</li>
<li>Punctual, timely and responsible</li>
<li>Superior communication skills</li>
<li>Clean and well-groomed appearance</li>
<li>Must possess sound and professional judgment</li>
<li>Well-organized and efficient workstyle</li>
<li>Able to multi-task</li>
</ul><div><b>Physical Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>Constant standing and walking</li>
<li>Occasional stooping, kneeling and crawling</li>
<li>Occasional ascending or descending of ladders, stairs and/or ramps</li>
<li>Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift</li>
<li>Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis</li>
<li>Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs, i.e. case of wine, full ice buckets, etc</li>
<li>Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words and in the process of communicating with guests and employees</li>
<li>Constant use of POS/Computer systems</li>
<li>Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays</li>
<li>Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment</li>
