Job Title: Specialist – Product Engineering (Java FSD)
Work Location- NY, NY
Job Description:
Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 10 years of experience with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices and Apache Kafka.
The role is primarily focused on backend development and requires Hands on experience in designing scalable event driven applications while contributing to modern frontend development.
Design develop and maintain scalable Java based applications using Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
Develop and optimize Kafka producers’ consumers streams and event driven architectures mandatory.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
Implement secure high performance and resilient backend solutions.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases Oracle PostgreSQL MongoDB.
Perform code reviews troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Ensure application security, reliability and scalability.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS or Angular.
Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
Implement modern UIUX practices and reusable components.
Collaborate with business analysts UX designers and product teams.
10 years of software development experience
Strong expertise in Core Java Spring Boot Microservices.
Mandatory Handson experience with Apache Kafka.
Experience with REST APIs messaging and event driven architecture.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
Frontend experience with ReactJS or Angular JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with Git Maven Gradle CICD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Experience in Financial Services Banking Payments or Capital Markets.
Knowledge of Kubernetes Docker and containerized deployments
Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Compensation range: $95,432.00 to $139,600.00 per year
