Summary:
 
This role is responsible for leading and supporting quality assurance analysis of the organization&rsquo;s HR data to support organizational integrations of disparate HR data sources. This role will create reports to assess quality integrity and provide recommendations to the HR organization re: clean-up, integration and maintenance plans before and after the data sources are merged. This role will recommend measurement criteria and create scorecards to demonstrate compliance, timeliness and satisfaction of data source integration, as well as provide feedback to the creation and ongoing updates to policies and procedures around data integrity. The BI Analyst executes complex data analysis and reporting initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders to define requirements, design dashboards, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Your Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Independently gather, integrate, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources</li>
<li>Design and maintain interactive dashboards and scalable reporting solutions in Excel, Looker, and other BI tools</li>
<li>Perform advanced trend analysis and statistical evaluation to identify business drivers</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into SQL queries, data models, and analytical frameworks</li>
<li>Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve performance and operational outcomes</li>
<li>Support ad hoc analytic and scenario modeling requests</li>
<li>Work closely with Data Science and Data Engineering to support reporting needs</li>
<li>Serve as key analytics partner to various business units</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field</li>
<li>2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related role</li>
<li>Strong SQL proficiency</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills</li>
<li>Hands-on experience building dashboards required (Looker preferred)</li>
<li>Experience with SharePoint and ClickUp preferred</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and project management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal oversight</li>
</ul>
