Position Purpose: The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment efforts for assigned areas of The Home Depot Enterprise.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and business areas, from sourcing through offer negotiation, while building and managing strong pipelines of active and passive candidates to deliver high-quality hires. Align hiring strategies with organizational priorities and evolving skill needs, identifying talent across traditional and emerging markets and assessing transferable and adjacent skills. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, influencing decisions, and ensuring an exceptional hiring experience. Act as a brand ambassador to deliver a highly engaging, positive candidate experience, maintaining relationships with top talent for future opportunities. Drive timely, well-informed hiring and offer acceptance decisions through effective communication and influence.70%

 EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
 <ul>

 Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Years of experience: 3+ yearsof recruitment experience in progressive organization or agency
 </li>
 <li>
 Executive recruitment experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience utilizing Workday recruitment and LinkedIn Recruiter.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
