Operate an industrial forklift to perform material handling assignments. Identify and transport material to and from storage areas and loading dock. Operate forklift/high-lift in order to lower stock to ground level pick-level slots from higher level reserve slots during night shift &amp; day shift, and to put received stock in higher level storage slots during the day shift using safe operating practices.</p><p></p><p>

Transports pallet loads of product from dock to correct warehouse slot using powered industrial equipment and insures all pallets are secure in designated slots to avoid damage or injury when product is selected.<br>

Replenishes pick slots with product from reserve slots to maintain inventory levels for night shift selection.<br>

Performs operations and safety check, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.<br>

Records all product, equipment and warehouse damage.<br>

Maintains the cleanliness of aisles by removing any debris from floor and racks.<br>

Job Summary:</b> A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to produce pieces or perform specific tasks according to established procedures and quality standards. The Machine Operator ensures the equipment's safe and efficient operation and troubleshoots issues as they arise.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Operate and control machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.</li><li>
Set up machines before production, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring the proper calibration of equipment.</li><li>
Monitor the output for quality and consistency, performing inspections, and making necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.</li><li>
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety issues to the supervisor.</li><li>
Maintain records of production output, machine settings, and machine activities. Complete production logs as required.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth production and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.</li><li>
Strive to maximize machine productivity and minimize downtime by optimizing machine setting and operational procedures.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times.</li><li>
Must be able to meet or exceed daily production goals.</li></ul><p><b>
