This role is intended for someone with strong content creation skills: sharp copywriting, a deep understanding of on-brand visuals that work for social, and enthusiasm for capturing on-the-ground video content and delivering quick-turnaround projects.
 
 
 In addition to content creation and daily posting, this role will work closely with other social and audience development team members to develop and execute a social strategy across platforms (including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging channels), and regularly report on performance, delivering actions and insights.

 Primary Responsibilities

 Take ownership of CNT US social platforms, guiding strategy, execution, and day-to-day optimizations to increase traffic, engagement, and other core KPIs

 Collaborate with editors, video, PR, and designers to develop content packages and rollout strategies that are optimized for social media

 Work in partnership with audience development to continually improve how social media drives traffic and loyalty; Brainstorm new ideas and plan rollout strategies for testing with the audience development and editorial teams
