We are seeking a highly organised and professional Front Office Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients, partners, and team members. Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Qureos by greeting and welcoming guests, including students, mentors, and corporate partners, in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary stationery and materials.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and manage the main company email inbox.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared for scheduled sessions.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments as required.
• Maintain and order office supplies, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Assist in the planning and organisation of company events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Front Office Manager, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
• A professional attitude and appearance.
• Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to deal with unforeseen issues in a timely and effective manner.
• A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a technology or education-focused environment would be an advantage.
