EMT Paramedic

<div>At Houston Methodist, the Physician Assistant (PA) (ACLS) functions as an advanced practice practitioner, responsible for maintaining and promoting the health of the patient requiring care, practicing medicine under the supervision of a licensed physician. We are seeking a candidate to perform responsible research support activities related to biospecimen processing, documentation, and regulatory compliance under the direction of the Lab Director and senior staff. Job Duties</h2></div><div><ul><li>
Coordinates the receipt, accessioning, processing, and storage of biological specimens according to approved biobank standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>

Conducts literature and protocol reviews to support implementation of new sample types, technologies, or workflows.</li><li>
Oversees routine maintenance of laboratory equipment, automated platforms, and the biobank work environment to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.</li><li>
Orders laboratory supplies and equipment and monitors inventory levels.</li><li>
Assigns activities to less experienced research or biobank staff.</li><li>
