 The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000.  Your Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 At least 1-3 years of post-graduate design experience with significant experience in high-end, conceptually driven interior design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated conceptual approach to design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Persuasive presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent teamwork skills. Ability to work collaboratively with different level designers and leaders across the firm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven industry experience with common industry software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling applications, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, Spexx specification writing software a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Sketchup and Photoshop is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing skills (narratives, strategy, meeting minutes, proposals, etc.)

 <li>
 Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

 The base salary range will be estimated between $55,000-$70,000 plus benefits and contingent on relevant experience and abilities.

We&rsquo;re looking for a highly creative and technically skilled AI Creator to lead the development of next-generation Generative AI content across social, digital marketing, e-commerce, email, and paid media channels. This role will focus on creating compelling, elevated, and realistic AI-driven video and visual content that feels premium, fashion-forward, and brand appropriate&mdash;not overly artificial or gimmicky. 
The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in the rapidly evolving AI creative landscape and is an expert in platforms such as Nano Banana and other emerging AI image and video generation tools. They understand not only how to use AI tools, but how to craft thoughtful prompts, refine outputs, and combine traditional editing instincts with modern AI workflows to create polished, believable content at speed. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

$75,000 - $90,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NYC - based position.
