 Basic Purpose
 
 
 
 The Lead Esthetician assists by overseeing all treatment aspects of the spa and assisting service providers. Provides relaxing and thorough facials, and body treatments to guests of the spa that uphold the standards of the Four Seasons Hotel.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Follow all standards set in place by Four Seasons for sequence of service, etc.

 Able to utilize Book4Time and/or any computerized applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean and properly flip the treatment room after each service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and neat and quiet work area at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a well-stocked treatment room at the end of each shift.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have knowledge of each area of the Spa and Fitness Center and provide information to guests about services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all treatments assigned to your shift.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with Four Seasons&rsquo; Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have knowledge of retail offerings and be prepared to make appropriate recommendations to guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide professional facials and body treatments for any guest/resident.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond appropriately in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
 </li>

 Perform others tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

 Adhere to meal break policy and follow proper payroll procedures.
 </li>

 Creates a team of service providers to meet all aspects of professionalism and service demands through hand-on training and coordination of vendor trainings.

 Maintains a fully staffed department by recruiting, interviewing, training and assist with scheduling service provider staff.
 </li>

 Responsible for end of month manual inventory of product.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for maintaining par levels for professional product.
 </li>

 Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards including all spa treatment rooms, and dispensary.

Employment Status: Part Time
Stretch*d is seeking individuals who have a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals. These individuals will introduce new clients to the Stretch*d space and deliver our signature Face*ssage service. Our unique service incorporates specific techniques to help sculpt, smooth, and tone facial muscles. This service also incorporates techniques for lymphatic drainage, acupressure points to relieve TMJ, jaw tension, and headaches. Face Sculpt*rs use tools consisting of gua sha, and microcurrent devices in addition to performing stretches with neck and shoulder massage. You must have a valid esthetician license or massage therapist license in the state that you are applying for the position. We are seeking leaders who are self-motivated, service driven, with a passion for developing the Stretch*d brand. You must be a licensed esthetician or massage therapist in NY.
Training will take place starting July 6, 2026. 
Requirements: 
 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Completion of Face*ssage training program</li><li>
Upon completion of the training program, adhere to the Face*ssage techniques as outlined in the Face*ssage training manual</li><li>
Provide exceptional hospitality and be personable to all Stretch*d clients</li><li>
Furnish recommendations to the client based on the client&rsquo;s goals that include follow up visits and an appropriate membership based on the recommended visits</li><li>
Review and assist clients, when appropriate, in completing the new client intake forms</li><li>
Actively maintain the cleanliness and organization of the space so each client receives the best Stretch*d experience</li><li>
Work alongside the Space Manag*r/Advis*rs to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and experience</li><li>
Assist Management with day-to-day operations of the space including light cleaning tasks of the Face*ssage room</li><li>
Must be able to multitask, problem solve and think on your feet</li><li>
Light administrative duties</li><li>
Performing other duties as needed</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Minimum 1 year experience as a practicing esthetician or massage therapist</li><li>
Must be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook</li><li>
Ability to work independently, as well as on a team</li><li>
Must have a strong ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, and senior leadership</li><li>
Valid Esthetician or Massage Therapist License required</li><li>
Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>

Basic Qualifications
