<div><ul><li>Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the entire store, including both front end and pharmacy. Supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns. <li>Responsible for reviewing and coordinating the proper use of reports and system applications, which have an impact on the accuracy of front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.</li>
<li>Responsible for executing and maintaining front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques, and filing claims for warehouse and vendor overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods including prescription drugs.</li>
<li>In designated stores, as required, opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups, required cash handling and cashier responsibilities, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.</li>

<ul><li>Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. In designated stores, when serving as the leader on duty, resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.</li>

<ul><li>Executes and coaches team members on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including but not limited to creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.</li>
<li>Scans in all deliveries while the vendor is still in the store, including common carrier deliveries. Focuses on One Box receiving. Takes the appropriate action marking delivery as received if the product was physically delivered, contacting vendor for past undelivered scheduled receipts, and opening tickets as needed to correct inaccurate orders.</li>
<li>Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, verifies all pharmacy shipments are posted for products physically received at the store. Completes or verifies postings of all pharmacy warehouse orders, ABC prescription and OTC orders daily, secondary vendor orders, flu and dropship orders performing any necessary tote audits, and accurately reporting any shortages or damaged product.</li>
<li>Completes On-Shelf Availability (OSA) end-to-end process including warehouse and direct store delivery (DSD) for planogrammed departments, executing disposals, call-ins, and vendor returns before expiration, completes scan outs/ scan outs returns on all subscribed departments including vendor/ DSD departments and pharmacy scan outs.</li>
<li>Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge,completes pharmacy inventory activities including but not limited to pharmacy recalls following Pharmacy Hazardous Waste Policy, vendor returns, non-controlled, and damaged salvage returns. Facilitates excess inventory returns or interstore pharmacy transfers where applicable for non-returnable ABC overstock. Verifies posting of all pharmacy/ prescription claims.</li>
<li>Completes execution of all pricing activities including price changes, markdowns, and markdowns deletes. Responsible for basic department pricing, including daily price changes, accurate pricing with correct signage, and reliable and timely completion of any additional regulatory pricing tasks.</li>
<li>Responsible for supporting front end and pharmacy ordering by ordering expense items. Monitors pharmacy manual orders to identify excess orders. Maintains consigned inventory and orders as required.</li>
<li>Ensures all designated pull &amp; quarantine item on-hands are updated and placed in the designated holding area.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate inventory counts. Maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including but not limited to basic departments, stockroom, overstock locations.</li>
<li>Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, maintains accurate inventory counts and accuracy of on-hand quantities in pharmacy and completes pharmacy smart counts.</li>
<li>Ensures the store maintains inventory compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).</li>
<li>Assists in the maintenance of inventory records, including receiving and posting of all products (in the front-end)) received at the store in all inventory systems. Organizes files and retains all invoices/receipts/return authorizations necessary for all inventory activities.</li>
<li>Helps to prepare for physical inventory and supports the physical inventory day activities, including but not limited to preparing sales floor, stockroom, and pharmacy for inventory and auditing the third party team on the day of inventory.</li>
<li>Supports keeping all counters and shelves clean and well merchandised.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of all store systems and equipment.</li>
<li>Assists and coaches store team on all package delivery activities, including scanning in and out of packages, completing all daily inventory functions and, package returns at Walgreens. Supports execution of Pickup Program.</li>
<li>In designated stores, when serving as the leader on duty, responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned point-of-sale system (POS), including records of scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price modifications, and voids. Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to safe, and provides change as requested for point of sale.</li>
<li>Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.</li>
<li>Completes any additional activities and other tasks as assigned.</li>

Basic Qualifications
 
<ul><li>Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).</li>
<li>Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).</li>
<li>Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.</li>
<li>Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.</li>

This job is designed to be completed in-office, 5 days a week, on a limited hourly schedule (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week).Objectives For the Role:<ul><li>Within the first 3 months it will be expected that the AP, AR, and Rec Specialist has been trained on the property management accounting software WPD utilizes.</li><li>Training will include online tutorials for the AppFolio Property Management software. Additional opportunities to apply property transactions will coincide with this training to allow real life applications to the online lessons. The individual should be able to comfortably apply property payments and follow internal processes to complete monthly payment cycles.</li><li>Training will include reconciling WPD Management software property accounts with property bank records. The individual should be able to identify and outline reconciliation differences and work with team members and management to determine course to reconcile any unusual circumstances.</li><li>Training should conclude by the ability to manage a group of properties to reconcile monthly.</li><li>Training should conclude by the ability to manage certain payable aspects of the property management process as determined by the Accounting CFO.</li><li>Within the first 6 months, the AP, AR, and Rec Specialist should be proficient in processing routine assignments with minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrate an ability to utilize our property management software for payable processing to efficiently complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks, and provide management reporting as requested.</li><li>Independently work on all AP and AR assignments, engaging with accounting team members or other WPD departments as necessary.</li></ul>Important Personal Competencies<ul><li>Organized: The role includes activity that is cyclical and requires that the individual maintain a standard of completing monthly tasks and maintaining accurate records of activity as required by Accounting and other WPD Departments.</li><li>Strong attention to detail: Many of the roles and responsibilities of this position are designed to be repetitive and based on a cyclical monthly accounting schedule. Strong attention to detail and follow through is absolutely critical to ensure success.</li><li>Balanced: The role may require ad hoc requests to provide critical information for management or clients. The ability to multitask when requested but still complete all assignments as assigned and outlined on the department schedule, will keep the department running smoothly.</li><li>Positive attitude and strong communication: A successful person in this role will be able to work independently and with other accounting team members and departments to complete assignments. Summary:
 
The Shared Service Sr. Inventory Control Analyst maintains Inventory Quality Control and Logistics Management in all assigned areas, which can be inclusive of acute, non-acute and lab locations. This role involves the planning, physical build, and sustainment of 2-Bin and Par Ex inventory locations across the organization. Depending on assigned locations, A Shared Service Sr. Inventory Control Analyst may also be responsible for all replenishment activities. Working in close partnership with the Supply Chain&rsquo;s Automation, Purchasing and Sourcing teams to collaborate with internal and external partners on a wide range of tasks, while executing operational business goals and meeting clinical standards of care. Responsibilities :
<ul><li>Work alongside acute, non-acute, and lab clinicians to design and implement a 2-Bin or Par Ex inventory management model.
</li><li>Partner with Automation, IT, Par Excellence and Transformation teams on clinical site projects.
</li><li>Procure appropriate bin sizes, label color, scale types and shelving units for supply location build.
</li><li>Assist with the replenishment process at assigned 2-Bin and Par Ex commodity and specialty supply locations.
</li><li>Utilize information systems to extrapolate, record and track requisitions and purchase orders from point of issue through receipt and invoice payment.
</li><li>Perform assigned 2-Bin and Par Ex supply locations&rsquo; physical organization and systemic adjustments as it relates to item additions, conversions, deletions and par levels.
</li><li>Recognize 2-Bin and Par Ex locations&rsquo; supply trends and make educated decisions to ensure appropriate inventory levels are available.
</li><li>Compose internal and evaluate external data reports to help determine item demands and avoid supply disruptions.
</li><li>Use data sources and Microsoft applications to present findings and communicate recommendations.
</li><li>Assist in the management of item backorder status, order error reconciliation, product disposition, recall notice and substitution option.
</li><li>Make inquiries, escalate concerns and solicit responses on a variety of scenarios involving AU application, item status, Link number assignment, order expedition, substitution option, pricing reconciliation, RGA, sample request and UOM discrepancy to the appropriate coordinating areas including Finance, Purchasing, Shared Services, Sourcing and Patient Care teams.
</li><li>Establish and maintain professional relationships with Shared Services&rsquo; peers, RUMG clinical teams, preferred distributors and vendor representatives.
</li><li>Attend daily team huddles and weekly inventory meetings.
</li><li>Train Inventory Control Analysts and provide PTO coverage.
</li><li>Travel to multiple clinical off-site locations via personal vehicle and/or operating company vehicle.

</li><li>Four years of experience in related healthcare or service industry field required.
</li><li>Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications.
</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.
