<li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accounts payable accruals and treasury-related journal entries.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to treasury and AP-related inquiries.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, lending agreements, and internal control requirements.</li>
<li>Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of treasury and payment process controls to safeguard company assets.</li>
<li>Serve as administrator for treasury management systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.</li>
<li>Generate daily cash reports and maintain treasury reporting tools.</li>
<li>Administer online banking platforms, including user access, entitlements, training, and security reviews.</li>
<li>Support treasury system enhancements, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Process weekly commission payments accurately and within established deadlines.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Human Resources, and external banking partners.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, payment workflows, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencies.</li>
<li>Participate in treasury projects, banking implementations, and strategic cash management initiatives.</li>
<li>Perform other treasury and finance-related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.</li>
<li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Finance.</li>
<li>Experience with treasury management systems, online banking platforms, and ERP systems.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, ACH, wire transfers, and accounts payable processes.</li>
<li>Knowledge of debt management, lending covenants, and treasury controls preferred.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with vendors, banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders.</li></ul></div>
