On a typical day you will:
</b></div><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for the Washington, D.C. office, setting the standard for client service and professionalism

The Coordinator, Lateral Attorney Recruiting &amp; Integration plays a key role in supporting the firm&rsquo;s strategic growth through lateral partner recruitment and successful integration. Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of lateral partner recruiting, including interview scheduling and candidate logistics.</li><li>

Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external legal recruiters.</li><li>
Identify and streamline administrative and coordination workflows across lateral partner recruiting and integration.</li><li>

Integration Support</div><ul><li>

Qualifications:

<div>CSIS is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator and Research Assistant to join the Project on Nuclear Issues (PONI) to contribute to PONI&rsquo;s mission of developing the next generation of nuclear experts and leading cutting-edge research on a range of nuclear issues. The PCRA will primarily be responsible for assisting with managing PONI&rsquo;s programming and conducting research and writing and will play a key role in advancing PONI&rsquo;s initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, planning, and executing programmatic activities (e.g. private and public conferences, workshops, simulations/table top exercises, etc.), an exceptional ability to write and carry out original research with guidance from senior staff, and superior communication skills. Candidates with interest in and/or experience with managing budgets, as well as research on arms control, nonproliferation, and the intersection of emerging technologies and nuclear issues are preferred.
