<div>Job Summary 
The Servers role is to provide Guest First service at all times, making the Guest the center of all they do. This includes friendly and timely interaction with Guests and Team Members, creating perfect orders, answering questions, taking and delivering the Guests order, cooperative service, and following up to ensure each Guest receives their correct food and/or drink order. Every Guest is made to feel welcome at all times.

Timely and courteous service to Willies guests in his or her station as well as other tables in the restaurant.</li><li>

Maintains a clean and organized workstation</li><li>
Maintains friendly, helpful, positive attitude</li><li>

Answers questions and makes recommendations about our food, beverages, features, and other restaurant functions and services</li><li>
Clearly understands the correct process in serving Guests with allergens</li><li>
Takes food and beverage orders from Guests, repeating order for Guest confirmation. Correctly enters the order in our point-of-sale system following established ringing guidelines</li><li>
Follows alcohol awareness procedures to prevent Guest intoxication; notifies Manager on Duty with any questions surrounding alcohol service to Guests</li><li>
Delivers food and beverages to Guests</li><li>
Assists other Bartenders &amp; Servers in taking care of Guests, providing cooperative service</li><li>
Monitors and observes the Guests dining experience, ensuring Guests are satisfied with their food, beverage, and service. Pre-busses throughout the dining experience. Responds promptly and courteously to any requests</li><li>
Prepares final bill, presents check to Guest, accepts payment (including coupons and gift cards), processes credit card charges or makes change (if applicable). Turns in required amount of cash and charge vouchers daily. Follows established cash handling procedures</li><li>
Thanks Guests for their visit and invites them to return</li><li>
Participates in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables</li><li>
Assists other servers, BOH team, and counter/bartenders in their tasks when necessary</li><li>
Responsible for all side work and cleaning duties outlined in the restaurant</li><li>
Carries out all other duties as assigned by management</li><li>
Attends all company meetings, training seminars as required</li><li>
Performs side work at the start, throughout, and end of each shift as required</li><li>
Performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Companys written employee handbook, including Performance Expectations and Dress/Style/Grooming Guidelines</li><li>
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all Guest service issues. Takes prompt corrective action as appropriate</li><li>
Treats all Guests, Team Members, and Managers with the greatest degree of respect and courtesy</li><li>
Maintains a friendly and cooperative attitude while at work</li><li>
Portrays a favorable image of Willies Grill and Icehouse at all times</li><li>

Qualifications 
EDUCATION/TRAINING/WORK EXPERIENCE
<ul><li>6 mos. to 2 years related experience preferred</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>
Alcohol Certification required</li><li>
Food Handlers Certificate as required</li></ul> 
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<ul><li>
