This role is critical in driving the execution and delivery of complex, cross-domain technology initiatives aligned with enterprise-wide strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical depth, program governance expertise, and executive communication skills, operating effectively within a highly matrixed environment.</li><li>
The consultant will partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Data &amp; AI, Platform, Network, and Application teams, while interfacing with senior leadership to ensure alignment between technology investments and business priorities.</li></ul><p></p>
<p><b>
Job Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Partner with senior leadership including CTO, Deputy CTO offices, Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>
Lead execution of large-scale, enterprise technology programs across multiple domains</li><li>
Develop and maintain executive dashboards (Power BI), scorecards, and KPI frameworks for leadership visibility</li><li>
Synthesize complex program data into executive summaries and actionable insights</li><li>
Build and deliver executive-level presentations covering program status, risks, financials, and strategic impact</li><li>
Track and report on KPIs, project health, and resource allocation</li><li>
Conduct capacity planning and resource forecasting</li><li>
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance frameworks</li><li>
Identify system inefficiencies and drive process improvement and reengineering initiatives</li><li>
Collaborate across Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Product, and Operations teams</li><li>
Support development of the Enterprise Strategy &amp; Architecture technology roadmap</li><li>
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across technology programs</li><li>
Manage workload prioritization and resource supply/demand planning</li><li>
Escalate risks and issues to appropriate leadership channels</li></ul><p></p>

Required Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>PMP Certification &ndash; Required</li><li>
Agile Certification &ndash; Required</li><li>
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) &ndash; Required</li><li>
Proven experience managing enterprise-level, cross-domain technology programs</li><li>
Strong expertise across:</li><li>
Cloud Technologies</li><li>
Data &amp; AI</li><li>
Network Infrastructure</li><li>
Applications</li><li>
Enterprise Architecture</li><li>
Advanced proficiency with:</li><li>
Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Planner, Visio, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint)</li><li>
Power BI (dashboard development, KPI design, data analytics)</li><li>
Jira and ServiceNow (project tracking and portfolio reporting)</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver executive-level insights and presentations</li></ul><p></p>
<p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>ITIL Foundation Certification</li><li>
Experience working within public sector or highly regulated environments</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to operate within large, matrixed organizations</li></ul><p></p>
